In-Stock Products:

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

• Orders may ship sooner depending on availability and order volume.

• Business days exclude Sundays and recognized postal holidays.

Preorder Products:

• Preorder items require additional processing time.

• Estimated shipping timeframes will be listed in the product description.

• Customers will receive updates regarding significant delays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

We offer three shipping options through USPS so our dolls can choose what works best for them!

Orders totaling $50 or more in eligible merchandise before taxes and shipping qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping estimates begin once your package has been accepted by USPS and do not include order processing time.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the carrier.

💕 3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customers are encouraged to monitor their packages using the tracking information provided.

🎀 4. Local Delivery — Huntsville, Alabama

BxrbieBoutique Lash Co. offers local delivery within approximately 35 miles of Huntsville, Alabama, subject to availability.

In-Stock Products:

• Same-day delivery may be available.

• Customers will receive an estimated delivery window when their order is out for delivery.

Preorder Products:

• Local delivery will be arranged once the items arrive and are ready.

Packages may be left at the customer's front door or another agreed-upon safe location.

Photo confirmation may be provided after delivery.

Any applicable local delivery fee will be disclosed before purchase.

💗 5. No Pickups or Meetups

For safety and business operating purposes, we do not offer customer pickups or public meetups.

All orders must be shipped or delivered through an available local delivery option.
