Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. BxrbieBoutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

BxrbieBoutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.
