Due to the nature of our beauty products and for sanitary and hygiene purposes, all lash products and beauty essentials are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or personal preferences.

This policy applies to:

• Lash clusters and lash trays

• DIY lash kits

• Bond & Seal adhesives

• Lash removers

• Lash applicator tweezers

• Lash spoolies and brushes

• Lash shampoo and aftercare products

Once products have been delivered, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges due to hygiene and safety concerns.

🎀 Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

We understand that mistakes can happen, and we want every Bxrbie to receive exactly what she ordered!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve your concern, please provide:

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Once your claim has been reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the circumstances.

Claims submitted after 48 hours will still be considered where required by applicable law.
